Though I am not a huge chocolate lover, I do love it with peanut butter. Try this smoothie next time you are having a craving.
Vegan Peanut Butter Cup
10 oz. Soy/Rice/Almond Milk (soy seems to work best, makes it thick)
1 Scoop of Chocolate Soy Protein Powder (I use the WFM brand)
1-2 Tbls Peanut Butter (depends on how nutty you want to be)
1 Tbls Flax Seed oil (not a must have, but soooo good for you)
Handful of ice
Let it rip in the blender for about 3 minutes on high until there are not any ice chunks and it is nice and thick.
Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy - yummmm....
