OK, this post is for Angela - I am ALWAYS trying to plan meals like her, so here it is.

Monday - Yellow Veggie and Shrimp Curry with Jasmin Rice
Tuesday - date night, Concert at UC Berkeley - dinner TBD
Wednesday - Mixed Vegetable Soup with Biscuits
Thursday - Baked Chicken with Mixed Veggies (produce box night)
Friday - Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce and Sauteed Greens
Saturday - Salmon baked in parchment (with garlic and olive oil) with leek and carrot couscous
Let's see if I can stay on track this week.
I am hoping that by putting this out there, I will stick to it.
