Breakfast

Every morning I make myself a smoothie for breakfast. I am super lucky to work at a place that provides fresh and frozen organic produce and a VitaMix for the times when I don't have time to mix one up before I leave my house. This morning's blend contained: one apple, one banana, 2/3 C. Frozen Mango, 1/2 C. Frozen Blueberries, handful of kale and water. Yumm!
