Fat Tuesday/Ash Wednesday

I have been on super strict eating plan as per my acupuncturist (vegan, no gluten) but, with it being Fat Tuesday, I decided a little vegan Indian pizza would be a good treat. It was delicious, but I am a bit nervous about what I may feel like tomorrow.

Anyway, just thought I would post a funny picture since tomorrow is Ash Wednesday. This photo is from 2 years ago when I went to Mass before work and I got this HUGE cross on my forehead. I got great comments all day like:

• "Hey Sister Christian"
• "Wow...there's something on your forehead"
• "Ummm..."
• "New Priest?" - this one is actually my favorite.

The best part of all of this is Tim went to Mass after work that year and when he came home he had a tiny smudge of black on his forehead - nothing compared to my mark. I looked like a member of the Manson Family!
